In the past we have been prepared to defer our legal costs until the client is in a position to pay them. In some cases this has taken place over a number of years, with clients paying by instalments or awaiting receipt of a known lump sum. 

By their nature these agreements depend on an individual’s financial circumstances but we have experience of agreeing these types of arrangements with a range of clients.
