Interim order obtained in Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 proceedings
Curzon Green were successful in obtaining a substantial interim order for their clients in complex proceedings pursuant to the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975. Our clients (a mother and teenage son) were left in very difficult financial circumstances following the sudden death of the household’s main breadwinner.
Settlement agreed and approved in child personal injury claim
Our solicitors were successful in securing a settlement for a young child following a finger injury. The child had been in the care of a childminder when his finger was caught in a heavy door, causing the tip to become partially detached.
