Jack is an associate solicitor in our Dispute Resolution team, based at our City of London office.
Jack specialises in professional negligence claims, medical/clinical negligence claims, construction disputes, defamation claims, debt recovery, personal injury claims, and Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (‘ToLATA’) disputes.
Jack is a member of the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association.
His recent professional negligence experience includes:
- Assisting with a claim against a large national firm of solicitors and a medical expert arising from their negligence in a high value personal injury claim following a serious RTA.
- Acting for the purchasers of a leasehold flat in a negligence claim against their conveyancing solicitors for the onerous ground rent clause that led to the property being unmortgageable and unmarketable.
- Acting for a high-net worth individual in a negligence claim against a specialised building contractor, architects and structural engineers, in relation to extensive construction works for the demolition and erection of a large residential property.
- Acting for a company based in the British Virgin Islands in its negligence claim against a well-known firm of conveyancing solicitors for the failed purchased of several off-plan buy-to-let properties.
- Acting for an elderly couple in a negligence claim against a reputable Auctioneer and Valuers for its handling of the sale of an extensive collection of Moorcroft pottery.
Jack joined Curzon Green after graduating from the University of Exeter with a upper second-class honours in law and achieving a Distinction in the LLM Legal Practice (Solicitors) course.
In his spare time, Jack enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling and a variety of sports, particularly rugby and football.
