Curzon Green is proud to support Family Mediation Week, an initiative run by the Family Mediation Council (FMC) to raise awareness of the benefits of family mediation for separating families. As part of this commitment, Curzon Green has taken the Mediator Pledge, helping to highlight how mediation can offer a constructive, less adversarial approach to resolving family disputes.
Throughout Family Mediation Week, the FMC hosts a programme of webinars, sharing practical resources and providing guidance for parents, mediators, lawyers and other professionals who work with families. The campaign aims to improve understanding of how mediation works, what families can expect from the process and how it can help reduce both emotional and financial strain during separation.
Curzon Green’s family mediators are trained and dedicated to supporting couples and families through separation, facilitating constructive discussions and helping clients move forward with clarity and confidence.
Kelly-Ann, Partner and a Head of the Family Team at Curzon Green, is an experienced and accredited mediator with extensive legal expertise.
