Updated guidance from the President of the Family Division came into effect on 12 January 2026. The new guidance includes an updated template for a non-molestation order and a response form to a non-molestation order.
Also included with updated practice guidance from the Family Justice Council is a model witness statement, along with guidance notes for completing the witness statement, which will be useful for parties’ to take note of when completing their statements.
