Success at Judicial Mediation

Our City Employment Lawyers have recently attended Judicial Mediations at London Employment Tribunals and successfully settled claims on behalf of our (very happy) clients. 

One Respondent client agreed a commercial termination of a senior employee who was claiming pregnancy and maternity discrimination, without any admission of liability of their part, at a fraction of the amount she was claiming and for less than was offered prior to her commencing proceedings. 

A Claimant with a disability who alleged he had been mistreated by management as a result of that disability, also agreed to terminate his employment as part of the £30,000 tax-free package we negotiated.
