Sarah practises both commercial and property law.
Prior to joining Curzon Green, Sarah trained at a commercial firm before qualifying as a solicitor in July 2020. During her training Sarah also worked in the commercial dispute resolution department, notably working on contentious landlord and tenant matters, boundary disputes and contract disputes.
Sarah also has experience dealing with all aspects of residential property transactions.
Sarah has gained experience working on numerous commercial freehold and leasehold transactions, acting for a number of commercial landlords and developers whom she assisted in the ongoing management and development of their portfolios.
Sarah enjoys building relationships with her business clients and understanding their individual and evolving business needs. This has assisted her in drafting business and consumer terms and conditions for a wide range of clients as well as privacy policies and licensing agreements.
Sarah graduated from the University of Exeter with an LLB Honours degree in History and Politics before completing her GDL and LPC at the University of Law.
