A person held in immigration bail may be able to apply for First-tier Tribunal bail if they have been in the UK for at least 8 days. This allows a person the opportunity to go before an independent judge to ask for immigration bail to be granted.

Curzon Green (Buckinghamshire based client) Fee: £1800-£2500 plus VAT.
