As well as acting on a full representation basis we are able to offer one-off or introductory consultations.
Consultations consist of a meeting (of up to one hour) with our senior caseworker to discuss your immigration matter and receive advice on how best to proceed, the merits of your case and the likelihood of a successful outcome in your particular circumstances. Please note that during consultations we are not permitted to write anything on your behalf, as writing on behalf of non-clients in not encouraged by our regulators.
Some clients prefer to complete their application themselves due to cost restraints, however they like to have their application checked by our advisers to ensure that nothing has been missed.
We also offer full representation. This is an all-inclusive service from start to finish. Our full representation services include the following:
Providing a document and information request sheet with suggestions as to the documents and information that may support your case;
Collecting and collating documents on your behalf;
Drafting legal representations to support your application;
Completing all application forms necessary for your application;
Sending your bundle of documents to the Home Office on your behalf, and sending the tracking reference number to you; and
Liaising with the Home Office as and when necessary until a decision is reached on your case.
Fees for consultations and document checking services are charged at an hourly rate.
