There are new rules coming into force on bundles in family law proceedings.
The Office of the President of the Family division has published some new guidance to help litigants in person with creating bundles. The guidance has details on documents to include in the bundle, how to organise the bundle and examples of key documents which will need to be prepared such as the index and chronology.
