Rosina Hough

Rosina is a solicitor in the firm’s Property Department.

Rosina joined Curzon Green in 2015 from a property firm in York.  In 2018 Rosina took a career break to spend time with her young family, during this time she worked with the charity, Waterloo Uncovered.

Rosina is very pleased to return to Curzon Green’s Property department. Rosina deals with a wide range of property transactions, including:

  • Freehold, Leasehold, and multipurpose properties
  • Unregistered sales, purchases, first registrations and assents
  • Re-mortgage, transfer of equity and shared ownership
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, agreements, transfers and leases.

Rosina graduated from Lancaster University with an upper second class BA(Hons) in Philosophy.  She completed her GDL and LPC at BPP College London obtaining a distinction in both.

Outside of work Rosina is currently training for a charity Gibraltar relay rock run for Waterloo Uncovered in October.  This will see a team of runners undertake a 12-hour relay of the 1,398 ft high Rock of Gibraltar.
