Kelly-Ann is a senior associate solicitor in our family law department. She is regularly instructed on all aspects of family law and relationship breakdown with cases involving divorce, separation and cohabitation. She can advise in respect of all areas arising within the course of a financial settlement, including pre-acquired and post-separation assets, spousal maintenance, business assets, and pensions. Kelly-Ann is used to acting for a range of clients from homemakers to business people.

Kelly-Ann advises on Children Act matters including applications for child arrangements, leave to remove, specific issues such as education and applications by grandparents. Kelly-Ann is used to dealing with difficult cases involving children including parental alienation, allegations of psychological and physical abuse and where there has been social worker involvement.
Kelly-Ann also advises on cases where injunctive action may be required to protect her clients and assists in cases where there is domestic violence.
Having had extensive experience of working in busy, high street practises Kelly-Ann is well versed in dealing with varied and numerous types of applications that come before the court and she is also a familiar face amongst the judges, given her almost daily appearances with her clients.
Kelly-Ann is known for her down-to earth and friendly manner. She is thorough, efficient and perhaps most importantly in the family law arena, extremely approachable.
In her spare time, Kelly-Ann has a busy family life. She enjoys trying new cuisines and exploring different countries. Kelly-Ann also enjoys keeping fit attending various exercise classes.
Kelly-Ann qualified in April 2014 and is a member of Resolution which is an organisation which promotes good practice within the field and a constructive approach to resolving family issues. Kelly-Ann has a conciliatory and sensitive approach and by acting firmly she aims to find the best possible outcome for all clients.
