We are able to assist on the basis of our hourly rates, and charges are calculated by reference to the time spent by our fee earners in respect of any work which they do on your behalf. Our hourly rates for claims in the Employment Tribunal for ordinary unfair dismissal and wrongful dismissal only are as follows:
Partners – up to £350 plus VAT
Senior Associate – up to £280 plus VAT
Associate Solicitors – up to £250 plus VAT
Solicitor – up to £200 plus VAT
Trainee Solicitors – up to £150 plus VAT
Paralegal/Legal Assistant – up to £100 plus VAT.
Various third party expenses (also known as disbursements) might arise in respect of employment matters such as expert’s fees, counsel’s fees and subject access report fees.
