Andrew’s caseload mainly consists of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, along with transfers of equity, remortgages and preparing deeds of trust. Within the dispute resolution department, he assists with a range of contentious property matters, including landlord and tenant, and boundary and land disputes.
During his training contract Andrew also assisted in the employment team, including claims for discrimination and unfair and wrongful dismissal. He has conducted his own advocacy in the Employment Tribunal, and has experience of the ACAS early conciliation process.
Andrew joined Curzon Green in August 2016 after graduating with a 2:1 degree in Law with French Law from the University of Birmingham. During the course he spent a year studying French law at the University of Strasbourg. While working at Curzon Green, Andrew studied the LPC at the University of Law in Birmingham, achieving a Distinction. He went on to complete his training contract at the firm before qualifying as a solicitor in February 2019.
