High Court commercial claim and committal claim successful

The Judgment of His Honour Stephen Davies was handed down yesterday in a High Court claim proceeding through the Business and Property Courts. We were successful in securing damages of £85,651.50 and proving beyond reasonable doubt that the Defendant had breached the previous interim injunction we had obtained protecting the interests of the company. The sentencing hearing of the Defendant will be listed in due course.
