Central Family Court Pilot Scheme

The Central Family Court has launched a Pilot Scheme for the electronic filing of  financial remedy and financial order applications. The scheme’s progress will be reviewed in April 2017.

It will be interesting to see whether there is a gradual roll out of access to electronic filing throughout the country and across all types of family law matters.
