Sarah has been practising as a solicitor since 1998 and worked at a local firm named Pitmans in Reading before joining Curzon Green Solicitors.  Sarah has predominantly focused on commercial litigation during her career and some notable aspects include the following:

• Regularly acting as advisor to an international directories company on contractual issues and matters relating to their online and paper advertisements in their directories.

• Regularly advising large accountancy firms on defended debt recovery with issues involving professional conduct, breach of contract and negligence.

• Regularly acted for a large financial company in the recovery of sums advanced to their appointed representatives in respect of commission issues involving defamation and misrepresentation.

• Acting for a construction company in respect of its claim for losses as a result of the supply of defective concrete for a major development. Matter settled through alternative dispute resolution procedures.

• Acted for a major airline in its claims for airside incidents involving its aircraft and claims against it for personal injury and loss of cargo.

• Acting on claims under the Insolvency Act 1986 to set aside transactions and tracing claims.
